Central processing unit designed for Siemens' SIMATIC S7-400H and S7-400F/FH systems. It features four interfaces: one MPI/DP, one DP, and two for synchronization modules. The unit offers 2.8 MB of integrated memory, equally divided between data and program storage (1.4 MB each). This module is suitable for high-availability and fault-tolerant applications. Note: This product has been discontinued since February 1, 2017, and is now available only as a spare part.
